AI Application Solutions

We design and build the AI tool your workflow actually needs — then hand it over with documentation and training.

Who it's for

  • Small and mid-size businesses with a repetitive, document-heavy, or communication-heavy workflow that eats staff hours
  • Teams that tried a generic chatbot subscription and found it didn't fit their actual process
  • Organizations that need an AI feature inside an existing product or internal system

Typical problems we hear

  • Staff copy-pasting between systems and documents for hours a week
  • A chatbot pilot that answered questions but never connected to real work
  • Vendors quoting platform prices before anyone scoped the actual workflow

What we do

  1. Map the workflow end to end and find where AI genuinely pays (and where it doesn't)
  2. Prototype the smallest useful version in days, with your real data and your staff in the loop
  3. Build, integrate, and test against agreed acceptance criteria — including accuracy checks on your cases
  4. Document, train, and hand over: your team owns the system, the prompts, and the runbook

Deliverables

  • A working AI application or automation, deployed in your environment
  • Acceptance-test results on your real cases, in writing
  • Administrator and user documentation, plus a handover training session
  • A 90-day review checkpoint with usage and accuracy numbers

Questions, answered

How is this different from subscribing to ChatGPT or Copilot?

Subscriptions give your staff a general tool and leave the workflow design to them. We build the specific application — connected to your documents, systems, and checks — and verify it does the job before you pay for scale.

Who owns what we build?

You do. The application, prompts, documentation, and your data are yours; we keep no claim on them.

How long does a first build take?

Most first builds ship in 3–8 weeks from the end of the assessment, depending on integrations. You'll have a working prototype much earlier.

What does it cost to run after delivery?

Typically the AI subscriptions or token/API usage the system consumes, quoted as a separate line before we build — no surprises.
