The service

Mapleforge Labs LLC provides AI consultancy services and operates a community forum and project showcase. Public pages and public forum reading are available to everyone; posting, reacting, and submitting proposals require an account. Proposal submission requires a verified account (email verified and profile completed).

Your account

• Registration is open. You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Email verification is required before posting. New members' first posts are held for moderator approval.
• We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or the community guidelines.

Your content and IP

• You keep ownership of everything you post — projects, posts, comments, and proposals remain yours.
• By posting publicly, you grant Mapleforge Labs a non-exclusive right to display your content on this site and to discuss and showcase it with attribution — for example, featuring a project in the public showcase.
• Sponsorship proposals are confidential: they are visible only to Mapleforge administrators and are never published without your written agreement.

Sponsorship

Sponsorship is discretionary and decided project-by-project; there is no standing fund, no entitlement, and no published budget or cap. Approved sponsorships are governed by the Sponsorship Terms summarized on the Sponsorship page and by the written agreement made at funding time, which prevails over any summary. Co-authorship, where it arises, follows contribution under normal academic norms as agreed in that writing.

Consulting engagements

Consulting work begins only under a written quote or agreement that both sides approve; the prices published on this site are starting prices and typical ranges, not offers. Deliverables, ownership, and timelines are set in that agreement.

Acceptable use

• No spam, harassment, or posting another person's private data.
• No attempts to access accounts, proposals, or data that are not yours.
• Community activity is also governed by the Community Guidelines, which are part of these terms.

Availability and liability

The site is provided as-is; we work to keep it available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, Mapleforge Labs LLC's liability arising from use of this site is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
