AI Strategy & Implementation Plans

Decide in writing, with numbers, before anyone sells you a platform.

Who it's for

  • Owners and managers who know AI matters but can't tell which of 40 vendor pitches is real
  • Organizations that need a board- or budget-ready plan with costs and sequencing
  • Teams burned by a previous tool purchase that nobody uses

Typical problems we hear

  • Every department wants a different tool and there is no shared priority list
  • No one can state what an AI initiative should save or earn, so nothing gets funded properly
  • Compliance and privacy questions surface after purchase instead of before

What we do

  1. Interview the people who do the work and map the workflows that cost the most time
  2. Score candidate use cases by value, feasibility, data readiness, and risk
  3. Check the data and privacy constraints up front — including what must never go into a chatbot
  4. Write the plan: phased roadmap, tool selections with costs, verification approach, and a build-or-don't verdict for each item

Deliverables

  • Readiness Assessment report: where you stand on data, workflows, skills, and risk
  • Prioritized use-case roadmap (30/60/90 days and beyond) with effort and cost estimates
  • Costed tool plan — licenses, token budgets, and the running-cost lines people usually forget
  • A decision briefing for leadership, with the reasoning in plain language

Questions, answered

Can we implement the plan with a different vendor?

Yes — the plan is yours, written to be implementable by any competent builder. Most clients build the first item with us; the document doesn't require it.

How long does an assessment take?

Typically 1–3 weeks depending on how many workflows and people are involved.

What if the honest answer is 'don't build yet'?

Then that's the report you get, with what to fix first. A readiness firm that always recommends building isn't assessing anything.

Do you work with nonprofits and public-sector teams?

Yes. The assessment format was designed for owner-led and mission-led organizations under 50 people as much as for companies.
